WELCOME AND FAREWELL OF EGH COORDINATOR 2023

Resources Himalaya Foundation and Environmental Graduates in Himalaya organized “Welcome and Farewell of EGH Coordinator” on March 10, 2023. The objective of the program was to appreciate and acknowledge the contribution of EGH coordinator, bid farewell to the present EGH coordinator and welcome to new EGH Coordinator as well as distribute certificate to the editors of Headlines Himalaya. The program was organized at Dr. Pralad Yonzon Conservation Chautari and chaired by Dr. Dinesh Raj Bhuju, Chairperson of RHF. The program was moderated by Ms. Garima Sharma, former EGH Coordinator and Ms. Ganga Poudel, newly appointed EGH Coordinator and attended by the editors of Headlines Himalaya and all the staff members of RHF.
With the welcoming note and general outline of the program by Ms. Garima Sharma, the program moved towards the certificate distribution to the editors of Headlines Himalaya who were involved from September, 2022 to February, 2023. After the certificate distribution, a session was dedicated to bid farewell to Ms. Garima Sharmaby presenting khada and token of love. Then the session proceeded to welcome the new EGH coordinator, Ms. Ganga Poudel. The position was formally handed over to the new EGH Coordinator by former EGH coordinator.Dr. Dinesh Neupane, Executive Director at RHF and Dr. Dinesh Raj Bhuju, Board Secretary of RHF provided remarks and vote of thanks. Finally, the program ended with concluding remarks by the chair of the program.
