For our monthly programme GUFF-GAFF, this November 28 we had Mr. Surendra Dev Bhatta, Executive Director at Green Globe International Pvt. Ltd., Koteshwor, Kathmandu.
The programme was started with a welcome note by Ms. Varsha Rai, EGH Coordinator with the brief introduction of our guest speaker. Mr. Bhatta is an EIA/IEE expert and had his talk on “Field level experience sharing on EIA/IEE of different projects” and interacted with our enthusiastic participants from different institutions. He discussed on the history of EIA/IEE, process and loopholes of EIA/IEE in terms of different projects. He further shared on his experiences on the subject at the field level and added on the challenges and opportunities adhered in to this sector.
